Be direct, not cruel
Blunt feedback is welcome — that's part of the culture here. Personal attacks, harassment, and bullying are not. There's a difference between being honest and being a problem.
Stay on topic
This forum is for fasting, Snake Juice, electrolytes, hunger management, and real results. Political discussions, religion, and unrelated drama belong elsewhere.
No dangerous medical claims
Don't post that fasting cures specific conditions or tell people to stop taking medication. Share your experience — not prescriptions for others. See the medical disclaimer.
No spam or selling
No affiliate links, no advertising, no selling products without admin approval. This is a community, not a marketplace.
Accountability posts
Post front, side, and back photos. No stomach tucked in, no hiding behind clothing. Include your height and current weight. Swimwear or fitted workout clothes are fine — no nudity. Honesty is the whole point.
Moderation
New accounts may need approval before posting. Posts that break rules get removed. Repeated violations result in a ban. If you see something, report it.
